Clean Image is looking for an experienced Window Tint Installer who takes pride in precision, efficiency and delivering high-end results. This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who already knows the craft and wants to work in a professional, quality-driven automotive environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined and passionate about automotive customization. You should be confident installing window tint film on a variety of vehicles while maintaining a clean, professional finish that meets Clean Image’s standards.

Hourly Pay: $25-35/hr*
*Subject to change depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles by thoroughly cleaning windows and surrounding areas before installation.
  • Measure, cut, shrink and install window tint film accurately to fit vehicle specifications.
  • Apply tint film with a clean, smooth, bubble-free and professional finish.
  • Handle vehicle glass, interiors, seals, panels and trim with care during the installation process.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality, proper fitment and customer-ready results.
  • Troubleshoot tinting, film, glass or fitment issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
  • Communicate professionally with team members and management.
  • Assist with related vehicle enhancement services when needed, including detailing support or minor prep work.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven window tint installation experience required.
  • Prior experience in automotive customization, detailing, dealership work or auto glass is preferred.
  • Ability to install tint efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, tinting tools, heat guns, blades, plotter-cut film and related installation equipment.
  • Familiarity with vehicle interiors, glass, trim and basic automotive systems is a plus.
  • ADAS awareness or auto glass installation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional shop environment.
  • Must be dependable, organized and able to work well as part of a team.
